history of Psychology
Today I learned some history about psychology. I learned stuff like how the first laboratory was opened to study psychology by Wilhelm Wundt in 1879 ,and how the APA(American Psychological Association) was founded in 1892 by G. Stanley Hall. the thing that was most interesting to me was that the Nazis prosecuted psychologists once they came into Government in 1933.

today I learned what it takes to become a Psychologist. To get your under Graduate degree, you will need four to 5 years in college. then you will want to get your doctorate degree. this will take you five to seven years.
There are many other career options for this field of work in this area if you don't want it to take as long. For example, a licenced marrige conseller or a family therapest with a masters degree will take two to three years.

What is Psychology?
Psychology is a complex field with many branches of study. The Word Psychology comes from the Latin word Psyche (breath, sprit, soul)and the Greek word Logia(study). Psychology is a type of science. It is at the crossroads of biology, sociology, medicine, and a lot of other studies. I found this all on my big campus.
